Booking Information
Reservations - We respectfully request that all reservations are confirmed in writing where time permits or guaranteed with a credit/debit card. A 25% deposit (of the total holiday cost) is required to secure your booking.
Cancellation Charge - We regret it has become necessary to impose a cancellation charge: 30-40 days prior to arrival: 25% of total; 15-30 days prior to arrival: 45% of total; 2-14 days prior to arrival: 60% of total; Less than 2 days prior to arrival: 100% of total.
Refunds can be made if accommodation is re-let. It is advisable to take out insurance against the cancellation or curtailment of your holiday.
Paying your bill - The hotel will accept payment by any of the following methods: cash, cheque with a bankers card, VISA, Access, Mastercard, AMEX.
Arrival - Guest Accommodation is normally available for checking in at 3pm. Early arrival is by prior arrangement only.
Departure - Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 10:30pm on the day of their departure unless other prior arrangements have been made with the management.
